Mike Bothwell graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University Law School in 1991, earning membership in the Order of the Coif. He was an editor of the BYU Law Review, where he published two articles. Prior to beginning his practice, Mr. Bothwell clerked for the Honorable Richard C. Freeman, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Bothwell is presently admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Georgia, as well as in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh, Sixth, Ninth, and D.C. Circuits.
