Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Lampley worked as an athletic trainer. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with bachelors degrees in Finance and Economics. Following undergrad, I attended law school at Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida where I graduated cum laude.

I began my legal career primary representing consumers in bankruptcy and debt collection matters. However, my business background took hold and I have extended my practice to include business transactions.

I live in the Fort Myers area with my wife and two children.

Ramona Howard was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area. She earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from Wayne State University. After earning her Juris Doctor, she began her legal career working for a small personal injury firm, and it was there that she cultivated her interest in medical malpractice litigation.

With the exception of a year spent working in the Pre-Hearing division of the Michigan Court of Appeals, Ramona has dedicated her entire legal career representing clients with medical malpractice and personal injury claims at both the trial and at the appellate levels.

Ramona Gau graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hannibal LaGrange University. It was actually a very specific, negative incident during her time that helped her make the decision between being a police officer and being a lawyer. Seeking to live out the concept her dear Mother instilled in her, that if "you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life", Ramona went on to the University of Missouri- Columbia Law School.
