Joe is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, and is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, the Ottawa County Bar Association, the Lucas County Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of my clients and by extension their families. I have gained unique perspectives on divorce, family, and overcoming obstacles throughout my life.
