Ms. Oakes was born in Michigan and has lived in Georgia, California, South Carolina, Virginia, and Idaho. While living in California as a young adult, she married and began her family. After graduating from Mesa’s Westwood High School in 1982 and serving a church mission in Santiago, Chile from 1983-1985, Mr. Scoresby attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he majored in Psychology.
