Jennifer R. Posey was admitted to the California Bar in 1991 graduating Magna Cum Laude and Salutorian from American College of Law with her Juris Doctorate in Law. Ms. Posey was also admitted to U.S. District Court, Central District of California. Previously a professor of Appellate Advocacy and Evidence, Ms. Posey has been practicing in Family Law litigation, Child Custody, Child Support, Spousal Support, Dissolution, Property Divisions and related family law matters for over 20 years. Tracey Ritter Kidwell graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Towson State University in 1996. Following undergrad, she worked as a technical writer. She received her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2005, passed the Maryland Bar that same year, and has been practicing law in Maryland ever since. Ms. Kidwell primarily represents injured workers before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Circuit Courts of Maryland. Ms. Kidwell has also been a member of the Maryland Association for Justice since 2005.

With more than 15 years of experience in complex litigation cases in Nevada, Craig represents injured workers in Nevada through all stages of Nevada’s complex worker’s compensation system.
