Michelle Perez-Yanez joined Haeggquist & Eck as an associate attorney in 2021. A graduate of California Western School of Law and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Michelle has spent her legal career representing employees and consumers. In her role at HAE, Michelle represents employees in claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations at work.
