Kevin Lombardo focuses his practice on international trade regulations. He counsels U.S. and non-U.S. clients regarding matters involving the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the regulations enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the U.S. anti-boycott regulations and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). With respect to these areas, Kevin designs and implements compliance programs, provides training sessions and handles daily counseling questions.
