Since 2001 Joseph T. Brown has provided aggressive, experienced, high quality legal representation to thousands of people charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses or who have family law matters such as divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support and protective order.

Since 2010, Joseph’s practice has focused on workers’ compensation law, where he has successfully argued cases at all levels including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Joseph is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. He has been elected by his peers to be on the executive committee Georgia Workers’ Compensation Claimants Law Section and was appointed by the Chairman of the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation to the Advisory Council.

Mr. Brown is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and completed his undergraduate work at the Camden campus of Rutgers University. Like most of his classmates, he worked his way through college, in his case, as a hotel desk clerk, and as a night auditor.
