Jian Micah P. De Jesus was born in the Philippines and grew up in Miami, Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in Chemistry from Florida International University. After taking a gap year to move and work at a local church in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jian decided to pursue a law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law. During law school, Jian took part in SMU's Corporate Counsel Externship Program and worked at an in-house legal department of an architecture firm, conducting legal research, contract drafting, and more. Henry A. Arnett is a 1976 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also very active in the Columbus Bar Association, having served on the Judiciary Committee, the Federal Court Committee and as Chairman of the Labor Law Committee. He is General Counsel for the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters and represents numerous labor organizations and individual employees in employee rights cases.
