Evan graduated from University of Tennessee Knoxville with degrees in political science and history. His legal career began at Belmont University College of Law, where he served as the Vice President of the Health Law Society and graduated with a health law certificate in addition to his law degree. I am a long time Kitsap resident and I established my law practice here almost 19 years ago after graduating cum laude from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1991. Initially working for the Kitsap County Prosecutor and then later as a special prosecutor for Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island municipalities, I then set up a private practice emphasizing family law and criminal defense. I live in Silverdale with my wife of 17 years, Jennifer.
