Henry B. Niles III is pleased to announce his retirement from over 41 years of legal practice.

Harry Hoch III started practicing law after graduating from Creighton University School of Law in 2009. As an associate with an Omaha firm, Harry defended workers’ compensation and personal injury claims for insurance companies. This experience gave Harry valuable insight into the process insurance companies analyze and value injury claims.

In May of 2016, Harry founded Harry A. Hoch III Law, L.L.C. Since that time, he has continued to dedicate his practice to helping people injured in workplace accidents and motor vehicle collisions. I grew up the eldest son (of four sons) of the local legal services managing attorney in northwest Alabama. I pretty much always wanted to be a lawyer. After Vanderbilt for law school, I took a detour clerking for a federal circuit judge and working for a corporate law firm, both in Dallas, before returning to Alabama and eventually finding my true calling as a civil rights lawyer.
