Bill Lynn has been with GTH since 1979 and his approach has always been characterized by an emphasis on problem-solving. His primary areas of practice include land use and zoning, real estate, environmental law, and municipal law. He has provided land-use representation for large and small residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects throughout the Puget Sound area and is experienced at litigating matters under the State Environmental Policy Act.

With over 15 years of courtroom experience, Krista Haley is a confident and successful litigator. She began her career with the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office before entering private practice. Krista is comfortable in both the courtroom and at the negotiating table, whether she is seeking to obtain services for children with special needs, battling intricate contract disputes, trying complex custody matters or helping a client through the DWI process. Krista is neither afraid to fight the hard fight nor to negotiate, whichever obtains the best result for her clients.

Mr. Haley received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Jersey City State College and a Juris Doctor Degree from Pace University School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to the NJ, NY and District of Columbia Bars as well as various US District Courts. He is a member of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations. Mr. Haley's practice is focused in the areas of Divorce, Family Law, Business Law, Litigation, Municipal Court and Corporate Transactions.
