Mary A. Napier, Esquire grew up in Hanover County, and is currently residing in Richmond, Virginia. She graduated with majors in psychology and justice studies from James Madison University before obtaining her juris doctor from Charleston School of Law in South Carolina.

Michelle received her B.B.A. at Hofstra University and later went on to study at the City University School of Law at Queens College, where she received her J.D. in 1997. That year, she began practicing law in New York, where she worked for the Insurance Defence Specialty Firm of Longo & D’Apice, Esq.
