Chase and his wife, Alyssa, live in the Franklin Township with their two children, Wilder and Indiana, as well as their two dogs, Rita and Jeff. Mr. Rousseau is a product of the Caldwell County Schools System, the University of Kentucky, and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
