I am a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law, and a Certified Family Financial Divorce Mediator. My practice is intentionally focused on helping each of my Clients work through their separation, divorce, or child custody issues without having to step foot in a Courtroom. I have seen first hand the damage that is done to parents and children going through family law litigation. With years of experience working for large law firms in San Francisco and Los Angeles, Emilie Elliott joined Carmel & Naccasha as an attorney in 2015. After being with the firm for five years, Emilie started her own practice during the pandemic while continuing to work for the firm on an Of-Counsel basis.
