David S. Crawford, Esq. is on a mission – always seeking justice for his clients. Since 2001, we have focused on litigation and jury trials.

David Scott holds a J.D. degree from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. He began his legal career as felony prosecutor focusing on jury trials for victim involved criminal cases. Since 2012, David has been representing clients in personal injury cases. David has numerous successful settlements and trial verdicts for his clients, and he was named “Plaintiff Attorney of the Year” for 2015 by The Kentucky Trial Court Review.

Mr. Crawford has extensive experience and expertise preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the U.S. and throughout the world. He conducts freedom-to-operate, infringement and validity studies, prepares and negotiates licenses and other agreements related to intellectual property, and prepares and prosecutes trademark and copyright registrations. Mr. Crawford has litigated matters locally and across the country, he is an authority on design patent protection, and he regularly works for entities ranging from individuals and start-up companies to established national corporations and multi-national conglomerates.
