Brian is licensed to practice in South Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Ohio, as well as the United States District Courts for the District of South Carolina, the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the Western District of Pennsylvania.
