Daniel A. Murphy received his Bachelors’ Degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida December, 2009. Mr. Murphy attained his law degree, Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School – Tampa Bay Campus, April of 2015.

Mr. Murphy is a member of the Florida Bar since October, 2015. Brian was born in Columbus, Georgia and raised in Phenix City, Alabama. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Auburn University and a Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law. Upon his admittance to the Alabama State Bar, Brian began his legal career with a large firm in Mobile.
