A native of Bakersfield (West High School – 1992, CSU Bakersfield – 1996), Mr. Lueck returned home to practice law after graduating from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1999. He began his legal career as an Associate with the local law firm of Clifford & Brown, but quickly transitioned into his criminal defense practice by taking a job with the Kern County Public Defender’s Office in 2001. Following graduation from law school in 1991, I joined the law firm that was then known as Clifford, Jenkins & Brown in Bakersfield, California. Until 2004, I tried cases for large corporations, family owned businesses and individuals. In 2004, my family and I moved to Stockton, California where I continued my trial practice and expanded my experience to include real estate, Probate (wills & Trusts), business formations and dissolutions at the firm of Brown, Hall, Shore & McKinley. Returning to Bakersfield in 2015, I have continued to represent clients in the same types of matters.
