Following graduation there, I worked for a construction and land development company in the MetroWest area of Boston, MA for 3 years, then returned and obtained a law degree from USD. I was born and raised in Marion, Indiana. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University in 1979 and his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University in 1982. I was admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court, the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
