A Bay Area native, Chelsea has always been committed to making a difference in the local community. Diego Aviles is a first-generation college graduate who received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from UC Irvine in Political Science and in Criminology, Law & Society. He subsequently received his law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law where he headed several student run groups such as the Santa Clara La Raza Law Student Association, the Santa Clara Immigration Society, and competed in the Honors Moot Court - Jean Pictet Competition.
