Case Restrictions:
LREP is a statewide, free legal helpline for New Mexico residents 55 and older. The Program doesn't have any income restrictions. Through the helpline, callers receive free legal advice over the phone only. LREP Staff attorneys do not represent callers in any kind of legal matter. LREP DOES NOT provide legal help for criminal matters. Open Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
