Legal Aid of Napa Valley

Legal Aid of Napa Valley is a not-for-profit organization that provides free, competent legal assistance to seniors, immigrants and low-income residents of Napa County. Legal Aid represents clients before courts and agencies, helps them obtain benefits, and protects their rights through advocacy, consultation, education and referrals.

Restrictions:
Services available to residents of Napa County. To be eligible for legal assistance under the Baseline program, clients may not have total annual income of more than 125 per cent of the poverty level set by the federal government. For 2006, these limits are approximately $12,250 for a single person; $16,500 for a family of two; $20,750 for a family of three; $25,000 for a family of four; $29,250 for a family of five; and $33,500 for a family of six.
