ILS serves eligible low-income clients in every county in Indiana

Case Types:
ILS helps people who have legal problems harming their ability to have basic necessities such as food, shelter, income, medical care, or personal safety. Most cases are cases like family law where there is domestic violence, housing, consumer law, access to health care, and access to government benefits. ILS does not help with criminal matters.

Case Restrictions:
ILS can provide free civil legal assistance to eligible low-income people.
