Chris is a Kentucky native and grew up in the Southeast Kentucky area. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. After college, Chris attended Appalachian School of Law where he received his juris doctor. Chris was ranked at the top of his class, was recognized as a Dean Scholar every semester, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Kevin obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with distinction, from Eastern Kentucky University in 1976, and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 1979, where he was a member of the Brandeis Honor Society and Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.
