Passionately Advocating for YOUR Rights | Foley Family Law
I graduated from the University of South Florida with honors in 2002 and from Pace Law School in 2005, also with honors.
Since passing the bar and receiving my law license in 2006 from the Florida Bar, I have been actively involved in various committees within the Florida Bar's family law section. My involvement in the community extends beyond my professional commitments. I am a member of the Rotary Club of Tampa, participate in the Tampa Rough Rider Krewe, am affiliated with Lambda Chi Alpha, and volunteer at Palma Ceia Baseball Little League.
In our Tampa family law office, collaborative divorce law is a significant area of focus. Divorce is challenging, and we aim to streamline the process by keeping the emotional aspects separate from the business aspects. "We want to help you get through this." I have been trained in collaborative law and have handled many challenging and complicated collaborative cases.
Family and friends are very important to me. My wife and I are proud parents of a son and a daughter, and we reside in the Tampa Bay Area.
