William R. Schmidt III

Mr. Schmidt holds BA and JD degrees from the University of Maryland and its School of Law. At Maryland Law, he won the American Jurisprudence Award for Equitable Remedies. Since then he has co-authored two books: How To Market Your Law Practice (Aspen Press) and Consumer Revenge (Putman’s). Mr. Schmidt has appeared on over 75 radio and TV shows as both an author and legal analyst. Additionally, he was a founding partner in the first law firm to advertise in Maryland.
