Lack of Communication, Misleading Estimates, and Unmet Expectations We retained William’s services in January to assist with a sensitive family matter, with a clear timeline in mind for resolution by June due to a major family event. During our initial consultation, William presented the matter as straightforward and assured us it would not be overly costly. Based on his representations and professional demeanor, we agreed to retain him and signed a contract. Following payment of the initial retainer, I promptly provided all requested documentation to begin the case. Unfortunately, communication ceased almost immediately. For nearly two months, I received no substantive updates or progress on the case. Multiple attempts to follow up via email and phone went unanswered until I expressed dissatisfaction in stronger terms. Only then did I receive minimal case activity in the form of a brief, three-page document submission. Shortly thereafter, I was invoiced for over $600—primarily for the time spent reading and responding to my inquiries about the case status. The original retainer was effectively depleted by this limited and reactive communication, rather than substantive legal work. When I raised concerns about unmet expectations and lack of progress, William offered to terminate the agreement. Given the lack of forward momentum and unexpected cost escalation—several thousand dollars beyond initial estimates—I agreed to end the engagement. The case was closed without achieving any meaningful result. Regrettably, I am left without resolution, and out of pocket for legal fees that yielded minimal value. I would strongly encourage potential clients to thoroughly research and vet representation. In my experience, this attorney did not demonstrate the reliability, communication, or follow-through that clients deserve in sensitive legal matters. That's difference

$6000 per Hour Attorney and Lost the Case Please take a moment to read reviews from other clients about this attorney, rather than relying on recommendations from friends. He claims to be a malpractice attorney, and I entrusted him with a malpractice case. Initially, he informed me that my previous lawyer wasn't entitled to any compensation, so I should not pay them. He charged me $1,000 for a case study, only to later request an additional $7,000 for a jury trial. On top of that, he mentioned I would need to spend another $5,000 for an expert witness. Then, the attorney disappeared. Eventually, I discovered that the court date was set for April 27th at 9:00 AM. I went to his office or home but he did not open the door until 9:35 AM, a full 35 minutes after the court proceedings had already begun. At that point, he informed me that we had lost the case and claimed I owed $32,000. This was yet another instance of him providing false information, and I ended up losing $50,980. Unable to appeal due to him waiving all my rights, he offered to return only $1,500 of my money. I could settle the case for$23000 now I have to pay other attorney $5098.00 because this attorney. I am now planning to pursue legal action against him.
