Wendy Edwards has focused her practice on criminal defense. She moved to Flagstaff in January of 1990 and began working at the law firm of Aspey, Watkins & Diesel, pllc as a legal assistant. She attended NAU where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Edwards then enrolled at the University of Idaho Law School and, upon graduation, immediately returned to Flagstaff and the law firm of Aspey, Watkins & Diesel to begin her legal career.
She has successfully defended clients in all types of criminal matters from murder all the way down to dog-at-large. For approximately 9 years, she focused primarily on DUI defense, making her an expert in this area. She's currently accepting clients for all types of criminal defense matters..
In 2014 Ms. Edwards moved from Flagstaff to Sedona and now splits her time between her offices in Sedona and Flagstaff. She is available to assist clients throughout all of Northern Arizona. Ms. Edwards has successfully defended clients through all stages of their proceedings, including pretrial investigations, plea negotiations and trials, to both judges and juries. She has an extremely high success rate. Her tenacious and aggressive representation has earned her a reputation for achieving excellent results for her clients.
