- Activities: Mr. Cooper is currently on the boards of Envision Central Texas and the Alliance for Public Transportation and is a member of the Capitol Metro Future Connections Steering Committee. Mr. Cooper was very active on the board of the Downtown Austin Alliance - a property improvement district - for a number of years where he held several positions, including serving as its Chairman for two terms beginning in October 2002. Previously, he served as a member of Austin 2010, and as president of the Rob Roy on the Lake, Section Two Homeowners Association. He is also currently active in Boy Scouts as a committee member of Longhorn District Troop 30.
