W. McCauley Arnold has over twenty years experience in the defense and collection of construction related claims of over one million dollars involving delay, defective specifications, acceleration, and scope of work disputes in both private and governmental building projects. His background includes three years with the Fairfax County Attorney's office representing Fairfax County on land use matters. He has carried this experience into private practice representing landowners and developers before county supervisors, planning commissions, and Board of Zoning appeals, which includes his involvement in the resolution of several development problems within local jurisdictions.
