- Q. If I am filing for my wife and I use a lawyer will my lawyer be notified about my filing process from Usics?
- A: If your lawyer is filing an Attorney Representation form G-28 and chooses to be notified, he will be notified of the filing as well. additionally, you may also file a G-1145 form (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance) to get updates on your application progress.
- Q. Hi, Should I apply for my H1B visa stamping based on current I-797 or my latest approval notice?
- A: If your extension is through the same (existing) employer, you should submit both (the existing approval notice and the new I-797) for the visa stamping purpose. The consulate should be able to issue you a visa valid till 2020.
- Q. Can I still apply for citizenship after the divorce?
