Great representation and great advice Vincent was very helpful, and kept me up-to-date every step of the way. The paralegals that he works with are great too. Vincent is very knowledgeable in the matters of employment law, and was able to explain things so that I could easily understand my options and make the best decisions.

Professional, Respectful, Successful From my first consultation, Vincent was very clear in how to interpret my circumstance and what my possible options were. He listened to me and and took my concerns seriously, and I felt comfortable giving him full details, no matter how embarrassing they might have felt before talking them through with Vincent. Along the process, he not only kept me up to date on the opposing counsels actions, but he also reached out to me if he hadn't heard a response on a sensitive matter. When he had questions, or needed more details, he reached out with very clear requests so that I could help him be the best advocate for me. Vincent helped me understand why lawyers like him and his associates exist, as well as understand crucial aspects of my past situation and any future situations that are going to be necessary to document. I no longer feel embarrassed by my situation, and in the end, Vincent helped me take control of a bad moment in my life and really own the great success of the outcome. I've gladly referred him to past colleagues, and I will continue to do so!

Biography

Vincent A. Antoniello is a New Jersey and New York employment lawyer. He began practicing law in 2000 and has more than two decades of experience as an employment lawyer. He concentrates in representing employees in all aspects of employment law.

Vincent practiced employment law at Lowenstein Sandler PC, representing businesses and management in employment law litigation and counseling matters. Having practiced employment law from the employer-side, Vincent now leverages that invaluable experience to benefit his employee clients.

In addition to being a strong advocate for his clients, Vincent serves as a court-appointed and privately-selected mediator for employment and other disputes. Again, his significant experience in both sides of employment law provides a background that is particularly helpful.

Vincent has received Martindale-Hubbell's "AV-Preeminant" rating by his peers. He has been repeatedly selected to the "Rising Star" list by Super Lawyers Magazine, and has received dozens of 5-star client ratings on Avvo, where his clients have shared their reviews of working with Vincent.
