Vincent A. Antoniello is a Member with Resnick Law Group, a New Jersey and New York employment law firm. He began practicing law in 2000 and has nearly two decades of experience as an employment lawyer.
He concentrates in representing employees in all aspects of employment law, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblowing, wrongful discharge, breach of employment contract, severance issues, WARN Act, wage and hour disputes, and family and medical leave issues.
Prior to joining Resnick Law Group, Vincent practiced employment law at Lowenstein Sandler PC, representing businesses and management in employment law litigation and counseling matters. Vincent is an oft-published author on employment law issues, and contributes to a legal blog as a resource for the public. He is a member of the Essex County Bar Association (for which he previously served as Young Lawyer Trustee) and the New Jersey State Bar Association, and is a former member of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.
Vincent graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Applied Science in 1997, and received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000.
