Mr. Carmody and I represented the same client, with two cases. One in Mississippi, and one on Georgia. In addition, Mr. Carmody and I were two of the original Regents when the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD.com) in 1995. We first met at an Orlando FL seminar in 1994.

Explained this above. Mr. Carmody took the same client's MS case all the way to the Mississippi Supreme Court, and won the case. I then went to trial in Cobb County GA on the same client's case and was able to secure a not guilty jury verdict.
