Tuan "Steven" Pham

Steven Tuan Pham has practiced law in the area of business transaction and commercial litigation, immigration and naturalization law, real estate law, landlord tenant law, and divorce. Specifically, Mr. Pham has extensive experience in the areas of immigration and naturalization law, including having the opportunity to travel to Pakistan to assist in providing US. Immigration Seminars and Consultations. In addition, in 2007, Mr. Pham participated in several high-level discussions with various non-profit organizations and the USCIS in the Houston District Office and in Washington D.C., and effectively advocated for changes regarding immigration and naturalization issues, such as N-648 Medical Disability Waiver reforms and N-648 and Cultural Sensitivity Trainings.

Furthermore, Mr. Pham have had seven years of experience in litigation, ranging from commercial litigation, real estate litigation, landlord tenant disputes and complicated divorce issues. Mr. Pham has experience in motion practice and both jury trial and in bench trial on a number of cases. Mr. Pham is relentless and has the experience and tenacity to stand-up for his clients. As the result, Mr. Pham has resolved numerous cases in mediations and trials, benefitting his clients.

While in law school, Mr. Pham had the opportunity to clerk with the San Diego County Office of the Public Defenders and had assisted numerous clients, including obtaining dismissals, of drugs charges, burglary, and thefts. Further, Mr. Pham worked with various immigration law firms and assisted clients in resolving complicated immigration matters in the immigration courts as well as with the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Mr. Pham graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a psychology major and a business administration minor in 1997. Subsequent to his graduation, Mr. Pham worked as a business and human recourse consultant for Dell Computer, Online Staffing, Inc., Insource Group, Inc., and Kforce Professional Staffing, Inc. As a business consultant, Mr. Pham successfully managed, recruited, and maintained relationships with executives, hiring managers, and contractors. In 2002, Mr. Pham attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Mr. Pham graduated from law school in May of 2005 and passed the TX bar on his first attempt in November of 2005.
