Tom Bemenderfer is dedicated to vigorous representation for litigation, business disputes, and policyholder and insurance recovery matters. Tom is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the Federal District Court for both the Northern & Southern Districts of Indiana.
Tom received his B.A. from the University of Chicago, where he was a four-time varsity letterman for the football team. He received his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Tom is an Indianapolis native. He now coaches youth basketball on the Near Eastside.
