Timothy McKinney

He is a public defender! He is a public defender so satisfactory work is being kind as a statement. As for his knowledge in legal services it's either one or the other he knows a ton and chooses not to use his knowledge or doesn't know anything. I say this cause I found more questionable elements to my case then he even informed me of in my concerns. I have had to be the one to reach out to him, he has never initiated contact. For the remained of responses to question no empathy was shown and our last phone conversation ended in a ridiculous and petty cussing/yelling match. So I have found the information I believe to be relevant and will await his response, and address to the judge my concerns.
