Rating: 8 Lawyer Rating - 8 out of 10
Tim's the rare breed of IP attorney who can comfortably move between patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, all in a day's work. While his significant in-court, deposition, and trial experience contributes to his effectiveness, that's only part of the story – what you'll also appreciate about Tim is his Midwestern sensibility, sense of humor, and musician's creative spin. The "8" does not reflect any shortcoming - only the fact that we all have room for improvement. View More

Rating: 8 Lawyer Rating - 8 out of 10
I rate Tim as an "8" because I don't believe any lawyer qualifies for a "10" (nobody's perfect), and a "9" would represent that an attorney has very little room left for improvement, which in my mind would be reserved for someone at the tail-end of a career. I believe Tim's career is in its prime, and I would pit him against the heaviest of hitters. For that reason, he is actively among a select group of attorneys that I consider when conflicts prevent me from taking a case personally. View More
