Attorney Tim Dominguez is my nephew and has worked at The Dominguez Firm, LLP for many years, including during summers before and during law school and 4 years as a litigation attorney at our very busy law firm.

Tim is a highly effective counselor because he is not only highly intelligent, but he also has excellent common sense that somehow eludes more than a few attorneys that I have worked with or gotten to know in my 32 years in the practice of law. He is also an extremely fast learner. When you marry high intelligence with street (common) sense, you have an awesome advocate/counselor on your side.

Tim is a very fast learner, and thus, in the four years practicing law in our highly busy law firm, he has much more experience than many other lawyers in less busy law firm. He also has availed himself of knowledge and experience of most all of the other 23 lawyers in our firm. Our firm is highly collaborative in working cases and we regularly consult with our colleagues on cases.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Tim employs excellent legal analysis and is constantly exploring alternatives to best outcome on cases.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Tim is highly effective and well liked by clients and the legal staff alike. He is also fluent bilingual in English and Spanish. He is highly respectful and communicate effectively in all occasions. He does not ever get rattled no matter the situation. He is well respected at the firm. He also has excellent managerial skills in dealing with law staff members.
