Tim Clancy
Tim Clancy - Dallas Criminal Defense Attorney, Aggressive & ExperiencedI'm a criminal defense lawyer with a passion for the law and protecting the innocent from being wrongly convicted of criminal allegations. I come from a family of attorneys and have grown up sharing their love of legal studies and history of the law. I served as a special prosecutor for both the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office and the Dallas County District Attorney's Office early in my career. After a few years prosecuting for the government, I began my career as a defense attorney in Dallas, Texas. Shortly after I became a partner at Clancy & Clancy Attorneys at Law with my late father, Kevin Clancy. I use my lifetime of saturation of Texas law, formal education and extensive courtroom experience on both sides of the aisle to defend people facing criminal charges in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. Contact me with any questions or visit my website to schedule a free and confidential case evaluation with our legal team.
