Worst Experience I've Ever Had With An Attorney
We met with Tiffany just after my mother-in-law died and gave her all of the information needed for her estate, as well as conservatorship of my minor, disabled sister-in-law. The paperwork was not done correctly and required additional hearings which
cost more money. There was little to no communication and no clear communication for sure. She could not even give us a statement of what had been paid and what hours she worked on our cases when we requested that. Her secretaries are incredibly rude, especially Ms. Willson. We have had multiple court dates and deadlines that we knew nothing about. Court times were changed with very little warning that caused a huge amount of upheaval for our family. Overall, the worst experience I have had with an attorney. I'm filing a complaint with the Bar Association this afternoon because I'm certain that she has not used all of our retainer. Horrible experience.
