Providing pragmatic and effective legal services since 1997.
I am a client-focused attorney with expertise in estate and tax planning, nonprofit and philanthropy, and real estate law.
My practice, T.S. Wrobel Law Group, focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Exempt Organization Law, and Business Law services. We work directly with clients to protect their assets and legacy, and offer resources through our websites TSWrobel.Law and NonProfitLegalCenter.com to provide information and support to nonprofits and private family foundations on purpose, strategic fundraising, board structure, budget and operational issues.
Over the years, we’ve supported more than 1,600 nonprofits, private family foundations, and international NGOs across 50 states, including organizations such as Survival International, Byrd-Borland Family Foundation, SCRAP, and The Studio School.
I have special expertise in client relationships, business development, fiduciary guidance, business representation, estate planning, wills & trusts, probate law, nonprofit formation and compliance, asset protection, private family foundations, charitable giving and philanthropy, counseling boards in fiduciary obligations, business law, tax, fundraising best practices, and commercial leasing and real estate representation.
If you would like to connect, learn more about our services, or if there is any way I can help you, please reach out.
The first years of my law practice focused on General Civil Litigation, Wills and Trusts, Landlord-Tenant Law and Nonprofit Law. In 2002, the practice began offering specialized services to nonprofits and philanthropists.
Our services include Estate Planning and Probate Law, Trust Administration, supporting our clients in setting up trusts and wills and designing the structure that will protect their assets and ensure their legacy wishes are carried out.
We also work with Tax and Legacy Planning, which can include setting up private family foundations and nonprofits, and advising high-net-worth clients on charitable giving
