Bad communication I’ve been working with this lawyer for several years now in hopes of resolving matters related to my father’s and grandmother’s wills and trust. My father passed away on October 14, 2017, and my grandmother passed in August of 2020. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Communication has been one of the biggest issues. He is extremely hard to get in contact with, and when I do manage to reach him, he is often rude and rushes me off the phone. I rarely receive updates unless I take the initiative to reach out, and even then, I’m left with vague or unhelpful responses. We’ve been stuck in the same place with this case for years, with little to no progress. Every time I ask what’s causing the delay, I’m told we’re “waiting on the judge,” which has been the same answer for over two years now. At this point, it feels like my case is not a priority to him, and I don’t feel like he genuinely cares about helping me get this resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services.
