("DPS") from its former parent entity, Cadbury Schweppes plc. This financing consisted of a $2.2 billion term loan and $1.7 billion bridge loan, as well as a $500 million revolving credit facility. Weil Gotshal also represented affiliates of the lenders in the issuance by DPS of $1.7 billion aggregate amount of senior notes, the proceeds of which were used to refinance the bridge loan.
