He is an extremely knowledgeable estate planning attorney who also possesses significant litigation experience. Given the litigation experience, I believe Tom brings a valuable additional perspective to his client relationships and legal representation.

As stated previously, I have found Tom to be extremely knowledgeable estate planning attorney. When we worked together, I was impressed with Tom's command of the law concerning estate planning.

Tom has a keen ability to spot essential issues and to correctly analyze the facts and law.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Tom is well spoken and his written communications (from what I have seen) are appropriately designed for the recipient. When writing to a judge or opposing counsel, he has displayed a recognizable skill for persuasive advocacy.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

I have no doubts about Tom's ethics and integrity. If I did, I would not refer my clients to him.
