With offices in the SF South Bay and East Bay / Tri-Valley, Tom Walker has dedicated the last six years exclusively to employee-side employment disputes and civil litigation; including mediation, adminsitrative hearings, arbitration and civil litigations. Additionally, Tom has Board level experience negotiating with both Fortune and emerging technology companies and singifiant business experience. He has completed the Executive Leadership program at Harvard Graduate School of Business and several advanced programs in business theory and negotiations. Tom served as a Board of Governors for SHRM and as an adjunct law professor of Employment Law and Corporations.
