Terrible…..research before you hire Did the lawyer provide satisfactory legal service? NO When hired they were all gun hoe. Then as the months moved along. Terry seemed to be satisfied about what my past employer had to say. it dint matter. I felt she worked for my past employer I received a letter from the law firm after I opened it it was for a different client. Exposing all the persons personal information. When I told Terry she said just throw it away Did the lawyer resolve your issue? No She seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered ..would fight for my legal rights Did the lawyer keep you informed and up to date? NO Poor communication. …I tried calling multiple times . Would never return my calls. When I would confront her and her assistant. they made excuses or denied that I called.. my cell phone records show differently. Terry also said we communicated multiple time. Once again my phone records show a different story Was the lawyer caring and empathetic? No She didn’t care that I had shoulder surgery because of what happened at work. The orthopedic surgeon wanted to do another Surgery to repair the rotator cuff again ,, because I coded during the surgery . He refused to do another surgery until I had a full cardiac release.. I then had a cath they immediately did open heart with bypass. Then I had very serious complications ended up be in a ICU for 38 days Terry said I can’t believe your saying we had poor communication. We even called you to see how you were doing after your heart surgery and sent you a get well card. Once again my cell phone records say differently and I NEVER received a get well card VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
