Terence Francis Brennan

The Brennan Legal Group PLLC is a business, intellectual property and corporate transactions firm that focuses on working with entrepreneurs, investors, emerging and established businesses to commercialize innovation, protect intellectual property rights, and reward capital risk. The firm offers practical, cost-effective, and creative assistance to public, private, and emerging growth companies in seed, angel and venture financings, corporate and commercial matters, mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and roll-ups, business start-ups, private equity and mezzanine financings, supplier and distribution agreements, technology licensing, servicing agreements, and franchising.

Prior to establishing the Brennan Legal Group, Terry Brennan was a partner at Holland & Knight and Roetzel & Andress, and was the Vice President for Legal Services at IBAX Healthcare Systems, an electronic medical records joint venture between IBM and Baxter Healthcare Corp, where he was responsible for all legal matters affecting the company.

Terry graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. Prior to moving to Central Florida with IBAX, he practiced in New York with the Wall Street firms of Seward & Kissel and Donovan, Leisure, Newton & Irvine. He has been an early and significant leader in the emerging company, economic development, and technology investment communities in Florida and New York.
Terry is a member of the New York and Florida Bars, and also, is active in several community, small business development, veterans, entertainment and charitable groups
