I am an experienced attorney that specializes in Criminal Defense including DUI and Traffic Law, Bankruptcy, Landlord/Tenant Disputes, Debt Settlement and Estate Planning. I was awarded the Rising Star award by Super Lawyers in 2023. I am an experienced litigator with several years of litigation experience having tried over 50 cases in both the jury trial and bench trial setting. I have served as an Assistant State's Attorney for the State's Attorney's Office prosecuting criminal and traffic offenses. I also have tried and obtained favorable results for Criminal Felonies and Criminal Misdemeanor trials. After my service with the State's Attorney's Office, I obtained legal experience working as an Associate Attorney for private law firms. My experience as an Associate involves representing Debtors in Bankruptcy proceedings and negotiating and entering into settlements with creditors. Additionally, my practice as an Associate Attorney involved representing both landlords and tenants in rental disputes, and estate planning where I have prepared and executed numerous Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Powers of Attorney and other Estate Planning documents.

I have substantial trial experience and litigation experience both in the criminal and civil law sector and I put my 100% in for all of my clients. I always keep my clients updated throughout the case and make sure that everything I do as an attorney is based on my client's decisions after I advise them as to all legal options, possibilities, strategies and strengths and weaknesses of each issue.
