The primary focus of Gilder Law is personal injury clients. We accept auto accidents, offshore accidents, slip and fall accidents among others. There are some variations to this, depending upon the specific case. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Family Law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, etc. require a fee for a one hour initial consultation. However, in some cases, especially those that are not contested and do not involve child custody, I may charge a flat fee instead of requiring a retainer and billing hourly.
